This machine is a planner-type milling machine with DRO, movable cross-rail and fixed column. With AC infinite variable speed system and spindle frequency variable speed system, this machine is controlled by six axes ( X – longitudinal movement of table, Y – cross movement of slider, Z – up-down movement of ram, W – up-down movement if cross-rail, V1 – up-down movement of left milling head and V2 – up-down movement of right milling head). With manual universal milling head and special accessory according to your require, this machine can milli various workpieces at any angle in space with clamping one time. It is widely used in manufacturing industries such as aircraft, automobile and mould, and etc.
●Reasonable and advanced design, beautiful configuration, with fixed column and movable cross-rail , large base parts with enough gibs, high rigidity, stability and large bearing capacity.
●Main drive of vertical spindle driven by frequency motor. The spindle and double shifting box is separate structure. It is characterized with short drive chain, infinitely variable speed, well mechanism and large cutting.
●The spindle box driven by general AC motor, large torque at low speed.
●Feeds driven by AC motor, good performance.
●Micro, normal and rapid feed in X, Y and Z directions.
●Auto lubrication in inner gear mechanism of spindle box, automatic central lubrication with fixed time and quantity.
●Action controlled by PC programmable controller, good performance and stability.
●Optionally with imported or china’s ball bar or raste display, XS23 machine series will be planner-type milling machine with digital display.
