This machine is a CNC planner-type milling machine with fixed cross-rail and column. It features advanced structure and high rigidity. It can mill, bore, drill various complicated workpieces in manufacturing industries such as aircraft, mould, automobile, and etc.
●Reasonable and advanced design, and beautiful configuration. Cross guideway adopts combined structure of double liner guideway and slide guideway (State patent), Up-down guideway with large combined length, high rigidity and large bearing capacity.
●The spindle realizes the automatic infinitely variable speed by the way of AC servo motor in combination with mechanical gearbox.
●Feed movement adopts AC infinitely variable speed system to realize its rapid, normal and micro feed.
●Equipped with imported precision angle contact ball bearing, three-point bearing high rigidity, stable running and well keeping accuracy. The spindle unit designed as a separate part, well technology and easy maintenance.
●With tool self-lock.
●Automatic central lubrication with fixed time and quantity.
●Equipped with enclosed hood.(Optional)
●With automatic chip conveyer.(Optional)
●Optionally with imported or china's ball bar or raste display, XS23 machine series will be planner-type milling machine with digital display.
