This machine is a gantry-type milling machine. It can mill, bore, drill various complicated workpieces in manufacturing industries such as aircraft, mould, automobile, and etc.
●Reasonable and advanced design, and beautiful configuration. Cross guideway adopts combined structure of double liner guideway and slide guideway (State patent), Up-down guideway with large combined length, high rigidity and large bearing capacity.
●CNC system and AC Servo motors: Siemens (Germany), Fanuc (Japan), Fagor ( Spain) or Fidia ( Italy).
●Equipped with imported precision angle contact ball bearing, three-point bearing, high rigidity, stable running and well keeping accuracy. The spindle unit designed as a separate part, well technology and easy maintenance.
●The spindle realizes the automatic infinitely variable speed by the way of AC servo motor in combination with mechanical gearbox.
●Equipped with longer milling head, universal milling head, right-angle milling head, and so on. ( Optional)
●With tool self-lock.
●Automatic central lubrication with fixed time and quantity.
●With automatic chip conveyer.
●The vertical travel of ram (800, 1000, 1250, 1500, 2000) mm, spindle motor power, spindle speed and otherwise is optional.
