Series of XHZ7710 bed-type ram machining center with automatic universal milling head fills in the gaps in China .With numerical control, this machining center can process various workpieces with complicated profile surface and cavity, and can mill, bore and drill at any angle in space with clamping one time. It is widely used in all machinery and mould industries.
●The machining center with side, ram and bed structure, high rigidity, beautiful configuration and easy operation.
●CNC system and AC Servo motors: Siemens (Germany), Fanuc (Japan), Fagor ( Spain) or Fidia ( Italy).
●Two swivel axes of universal milling head can automatically swivel, C axis (horizontal axis) can index and 45° axis can automatically swivel for vertical and horizontal machine.
●Spindle motor: AC servo drive system; Spindle: infinitely variable speeds.
●Box structure is adopted in main parts, with high rigidity and strength.
●Vertical, longitudinal and cross guideways with rectangular, hardening and plastic structure and high rigidity and anti-friction.
●With tool self-lock.
●Hydraulic balance used in up-down parts is to guarantee its stable and reliable movement.
●Automatic central lubrication with fixed time and quantity.
●Four chip removal conveyers.
