The Bed-type ram machining center with movable column which is equipped with automatic universal milling head fills in the gaps in China. It can mill, bore and drill various workpieces with complicated profile surface and cavity at any angle in space with clamp one time and it is widely used in all machinery and mould industries.
●Bed-type structure with movable column, fixed table, high rigidity, large travel of three directions, beautiful configuration and easy operation.
●CNC system and AC Servo motors: Siemens (Germany), Fanuc (Japan), Fagor ( Spain) or Fidia ( Italy).
●With automatic universal milling head, C axis can rotate ±370°and 45° axis can automatically swivel for vertical and horizontal machine.
●Spindle motor: AC servo drive system; Spindle: infinitely variable speeds.
●Main parts with box structure, with high rigidity and strength.
●Cross and vertical guideways with rectangle hardening and plastic structure.Longitudinal guideway is rolling one for high rigidity, strength and anti-friction.
●Feed direction X,Y and Z driven by precision ballscrew ( when X travel is over 6 meters, gear rack drive is used).
●With tool self-lock.
●Hydraulic balance used in up-down parts is to guarantee its stable and reliable movement.
●Automatic central lubrication with fixed time and quantity.
●With chip removal devices.
●Various tool magazine. (Option)
