XK78 series products is CNC Bed-type ram milling machine with fixed cross-rail and column. It can mill, bore and drill various workpieces with complicated profile surface and cavity at any angle in space with once clamp and it is widely used in all machinery and mould industries.
●Reasonable and advanced design, and beautiful configuration. Cross guideway adopts combined structure of double liner guideway and slide guideway. Up and down guideway with large combined length, large parts with enough gibs, high machine rigidity and large bearing capacity.
●CNC system and AC Servo motors: Siemens (Germany), Fanuc (Japan), Fagor ( Spain) or Fidia ( Italy).
●Equipped with imported spindle bearing, three-point bearing, high rigidity, stable running and well keeping accuracy. The spindle unit designed as a separate part, well technology and easy maintenance.
●Spindle motor: AC servo drive system; Spindle: infinitely variable speeds.
●Feed direction X, Y and Z driven by precision ballscrew ( when X travel is over 6 meters, gear rack drive is used).
●With tool self-lock.
●Hydraulic balance used in up-down parts to guarantee its stable and reliable movement.
●Automatic central lubrication with fixed time and quantity.
●Equipped with longer milling head, universal milling head and right-angle milling and so on. (Option).
